I was commissioned to build a maxed-out Ultron looking costume that would be called GOVTRON for a convention. Helmet compliments of Otherworld Designs. Pic below posing in front of the NRA booth.



Wore it for about 5-6 hours each day for 2 days straight and lost about 10 lbs.

They wanted pedestals on the forearms so made those out of foam...red tape gun...Gadsden stomping boots, etc. Political statement against Big Government.

Torso weighs about 80 lbs...each leg about 15 lbs. Made out of mostly plastic.

haha I'm glad my helmet was used for something interesting! Sorry I couldn't get you the different antennae sooner.

Helmet was awesome! No worries. Would still be interested in longer sweeping antenna though. Thanks.

Definitely, I'll try to find the 3D model, and if not I can make up a new version. I swear I already had a model for the forward bladed antennae though...
