Ornate golden centers indicates badge is for "The Cheshire Precinct"

It's the same one and the helmet is easy to get. Should be a under $40 prop to recreate.

That's an odd font - it looks like OFFICE across the top and bottom and OFFICER in the middle.

those masks are cheap airsoft masks you can get for about £12 here in the uk, most airsoft websites should stock them.

I have a source for the mask and helmet - just access is blocked from my job (anything gun related). I will post it tonight

I'm not positive, but I think the helmet is basically the US kevlar helmet the military uses, or I think there is a German version that is very similar too I recently saw it in a sportsmans guide.

The helmet is a PASGT Kevlar Ballistic Helmet. You can get used real ones on ebay for about $50 and up or repros from surplus stores.
Here is a copy but it is missing one of the bolt locations.

The mask is an airsof mask, it's called the stealth.

Kapowwe has them.
