Ultraman Science Patrol Pistol Replica

I grabbed this Ultraman Science Patrol pistol on ebay last night and other than an expensive and hard to find kit that was produced of the pistol IÂ’ve never seen a toy of it.

It seems like it may be 1:1 scale from the dimensions of it. Does anyone have one or at least may have seen one of these that can chime in?

Yeah, I can't wait to get it.

I didn't even know that Bandai was making or had made one and I've missed every chance to get the resin kit that was made.

i tried to get a resin one offEbay last year but it went to high.

if it is 1/1 is there any chance it could fall into some resin by mistake.

I got my ship notice so with any luck it will be here before the end of the week.

Lets see if it is 1:1 and not kid sized.

the listing says it is about 9 inches long which seems right.
i am sure Hiyata99 would know.

didnt the original have an end that popped out before firing.

i watched the show everyday back in the 60's.

Found the item on a Japanese auction site. I can't make out anything in the text about the size, but, as others have noted, at 9 inches it must be close to 1:1.

Thought you might be interested in seeing a picture of the back of the box, which shows more shots of the gun as well as of the holster. In the illustration, the grip looks quite small, even in what appears to be a child's hand. But it would be an awkwardly shaped grip in any size.

Lights, sound, holster... pretty sweet. According to the Japanese auction text, this item is now sold out in stores in Japan. Looks as if the BIN price you guys got was good. Nice snag.

I saw a gorgeous replica of that helmet on the Japanese auction site several months ago, too. It went for comfortably over the equivalent of US $1000.00, if I recall correctly.
