Uber Jason Cosplay/Build - How has it never been replicated?

I’ve been watching the Behind the scenes for Jason X and Uber jason just looks to be Foam and foam latex underneath, Just wondering how in a world where Iron man suits can be 3D printed..Uber Jason has yet to be made into a Cosplay! I mean it doesn’t look simple but it can definitely be done, any Tips or ideas on how you would accomplish it?

I know Stan Winston School online has the muscle/fat suit courses with quite a lot on youtube as well. Ever since I signed up, I don't usually need to look anywhere else but there and here. As for 3d printing and patterning, there are so many that I would first search here for current threads,

Because that mask is sculpted, make sure to look into sculpting software and not CAD style. If you read through the two rpf threads I posted you will be plenty far enough down the rabbit hole to get your hands on the right info and instruction.
