TRON/RINZLER armor costume.

not really, I Iron spandex all the time. Just have to have the right setting and not
let the Iron linger. You could even put a towel over it.

ok so heres what ive decided. i dont want to ruin the suit when ive got great armor, so im not going to iron anything on. i just got the plastidip today so im gonna start plastidipping the chest piece and stuff like that. hope to post pictures soon!

ok so i just gave it its first coat of plastidip. just wondering but is it supposed to bend a little bit and have a few air holes on the first coat?

so good news, i just went and checked on the armor and its amazing looking! smoothe as can be and no air buubles/holes. its working perfectly and professionaly! i will post pictures soon!

so here is what it looks like so far. needs a few more coats. the picture makes it look a little uneven because of the way it was positioned, but its not. please, tell me what you think!

That looks great mate watching your progress and liking the plastidip look, just pissed off hard to find it in Australia at reasonable price :/

Yeah it's pricey here it's considered hazardous material for postage so they charge a fortune for it :S

ya and 1 can doesnt cover too much space so its gonna cost alot to get everything done even here in the U.S.
but, im willing to spend as much money as it takes to make it look accurate to the movie, and so far so good, so im gonna keep using it!

ok so just a quick thing to tell everyone. if you see something on the armor i just painted that needs to be changed to look more accurate, please tell me. im trying to make it as screen accurate as possible. of course there is more work to be done near the bottom of the chest piece, but other than that and the reflective tape, if you see anything that needs to happen to the armor, please feel free to tell me! thanks guys, i appreciate your help!

Though the thought of el panels can be many times an overshadowing awesome one, there aint nothing wrong with reflective tape. I always tend to forget that
i will definatley think about using that. right now i just want to get all the armor and reflective tape done first, then i have to worry about the helmet, then the undersuit haha
