Heres another of the guard removing one, you see the middle light lights upon touch and the ring lights up in a clockwise pattern once it sticks like its a countdown. Hope I helped

looks like a piece of one of those old mechanical label makers that you twist, with an illuminated anti vandal switch in the middle
