Found the envelope with my badge inside in my post box tonight (hadn't checked earlier as went to see Kick-Ass), easily the most fun PR Freebie I've gotten, even if I never get to use it. My wife is actually a bit jealous... or she's just humouring me.

Once you get access to Kurt Hardington's e-mail, you'll get access to his remote access page.

I figured out how to work it. I just got Alan Bradley's ID number and password. OMG!

Yep, went to the Encom company site and looked up the key players, all five are there. Use the private key interface from the e-mail in Hardington's and then click on the red e logo in the upper left corner. Go top system chat and you will get some nice information.

Minor thing but you can email Encom from the PR announcement on the website. I asked if I could get a press packet from the announcement but couldn't attend.

In Kurt Hardington's virtual machine, it shows a letter from a lawyer, his expense report, and Encom's financial statement. Any idea how they could be printed out? I tried, and all I got was a page printed black.

I just sent the Encom PR e-mail address a message asking if we we can look forward future Press Conferences for us Encom "employees" that are no where near San Fran. I got the same message back as Kerr Avon, so my question went unanswered

In the Webcam chat on Kurt's virtual desktop this Claire woman says at the end "Book him [Alan] out front for your few events, see how it goes". Key words being next few events. This makes me think they are planning on doing more conferences, or similar Alan related events in the future.

In the Webcam chat on Kurt's virtual desktop this Claire woman says at the end "Book him [Alan] out front for your few events, see how it goes". Key words being next few events. This makes me think they are planning on doing more conferences, or similar Alan related events in the future.

The response comes almost immediately after you send the message, so it's probably just an automated message. My first one sent the address and name, so I'll just keep checking the mail as usual and hope something else comes.

IIRC when you upload it, it re sizes it for you, and centers it. That's bad news if the photo you use doesn't have you in the center. I ended up resizing my to the correct dimensions before hand, so I knew how it would look in the end.

If you are copying and pasting the IDs and passwords, you might have accidentally copy and pasted a space before or after the codes, which will mess it up. That happened to me a few times.

Well, I can't copy the passwords and user IDs from the cracker. I copied the text by typing it out and then doing the same at the site. It's just not registering it. And I don't even get a "user login/password incorrect" message either.

The "Claire" Woman is "Celia Melardin", the woman that is the contact on the Press Release.
