Yup! Check out post #4 in this thread for some more info. Since the new digital world is a closed system, I wonder how Tron ends up there.
I doubt he may show up. I mean, the "Tron 2.0" game had Bruce Boxleitner doing the voice of Alan Bradley (and the Bradley character himself), but Tron is nowhere to be seen (and is only mentioned through e-mails in the game), which is ironic because the game is called "Tron 2.0" yet there is no Tron program present (except for the incomplete Tron Legacy security program that you are to acquire from the old Encom server before it crashes, which you end up compiling into Ma3a).
Granted, the "Tron 2.0" game is no considered canon to the upcoming film by the director of the film, but Steven Lisberger considers it as "Tron" canon (as he signed off on it as the creative consultant).
