Tron Legacy: Flynn Lives

Also, there is a way to slow down the speed of the game, but I didn't find out about it until I replayed the game a second time.

I got past 23, but got stuck on 25. The screenshot you have for that only has 2/4 paths on it, btw. Not entirely sure how to work out the other 2.

What is the way to slow the game down? I'd definitely like to know that.

Oops! Here is the solution for Level 25:

Based on a photo taken yesterday in San Diego, with the Flynn's sign on the front of a building in the Gas Lamp district, Flynn's Arcade will be at the same location as last year!!

What is the location? Here you go:

335 6th Street, San Diego, CA 92101

335 6th Ave, San Diego, CA 92101 - Google Maps

I'll see you guys (and gals) there!

Ohhh.. wish I was going...

The only thing missing from my swag s a Flynn token. Any chance someone can snag me one and anything else being thrown out there when they go?

SHare the love... (Please!)

If there is a way to slow the game down please post it. My spinal nerve damage is taxing my hand eye limits at stage 25 at this point.

Did it! :eek
When I broke my neck, I lost 80% of my arm use including co-ordination. I have done quite a bit of different exercises and such to regain strength and most of all control of my arms and hands. I pitch softball, I can do a great speedy accurate underhand pitch but still have problems releasing the ball from my hand when I throw overhand.

This by far was the most difficult challenge I have faced. I had to mentally think of hitting the up down left right while going through the course. My hand is hurting from this, probably going to get a bit numbing through the day.

Thanks. It's what I thought, but hoping I was wrong. I'm wondering if mine is going too fast or something. For example, that stair stepping on the blue cycle there where it goes between the red and green bikes is damn near impossible on mine due to the speed it goes at. It's not dexterity in my case - at least I can't see how. I can type over 80 words a minute if not faster. Either that or this keyboard just can't handle it.

The steps to slow it down would be immensely appreciated!

In the later levels, Circuit Cycles is insanely fast. So much so, it took me a number of hours to finish all 32 levels and there were times I wanted to punch the screen!! It will be faster on computers with faster processors. So, folks with older computers actually benefit.

This will slow down the game for people with a PC:

Cheat Engine

I don't know how to use it, as I have a Mac. Also, I am not responsible for anything that happens to your computer as a result of installing the program!

I saw that on a forum. I have it, and tried it, but have no clue what to do after choosing firefox.exe from the process list...

I believe IE, Firefox and Safari have a "Zoom" function for sight impaired users that increase the magnification of a web page.

For the FireFox and Safari browser, I believe it's on the toolbar under "View". "Zoom In" a few times and Circuit Cycles will slow down considerably. it kind of feels like "bullet time".

I don't have IE, but I believe it's under "View" as well. Just look through your toolbar or type F1 for help.

While I understand some computers run way faster than others, I would suggest using the Zoom function only as a last resort and trying to play the game at "normal" speed first. Again, it took me hours to solve because it was so fast and it had to do more with how fast the cycles were moving than how hard the puzzle was.

I never thought of zooming out to slow it down. Though it makes sense. One of the problems i was having was the opposite. My zoom was at 80% for some reason - i thought everthing looked fine. Today I caught it earlier and set it to 100, and switched to FF and everything seemed a half tick slower or something. All of sudden those quick turns weren't so quick.

I finished all 32 just a bit ago, though all it gave me was the circuit pro achievement. I didn't get the link to the countdown clock.

Ah, but it did give you the info for the countdown clock! Look at your Circuit Pro badge. It's an animated GIF with a little blinking lightcycle moving around. It spells out "identityraid", which leads you to:

Flynn Lives

Ah, ok, so i need to let the morning session of my class run long so I can see whatever it is at lunch :)

Looks like 1:30PM central wednesay.

FLYNN'S ARCADE @ SDCC 2010 - Location and Information

I posted this info on the Unfiction Tron Legacy Forum, but thought folks would want to know about it here too!

Flynn's Arcade
335 6th Street
San Diego, CA 92101

335 6th Ave, San Diego, CA 92101 - Google Maps

When will Flynn's Arcade be open?
Flynn's Arcade will be open to the public from Thursday, July 22 to Saturday, July 24.

What are the hours of operation?
Last year, Flynn's was only open in the evenings. This year, Disney is pushing the marketing of Tron with the "extended" hours below.

Hours of Operation

Thursday: I don't know.
Friday- 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Saturday- 1:00 pm - Midnight!

Do I have to pay to play the games in the arcade?
Last year, all the games were FREE with unlimited credits.

Is there parking for Flynn's?
There is NO parking lot for Flynn's. Street parking will be in high demand as well, so I suggest parking in any of the "Public" Parking lots and structures. Rates will vary, so pay attention.

How long can I stay in the Arcade?
As with last year, due to the popularity of Flynn's, they will let visitors in in groups and set a time limit (about 20 minutes) for how long they can stay. After your time limit is up, your group will be escorted out of the Arcade.

Do I need a ticket to Comic Con to get into Flynn's Arcade?
If it's anything like last year, NO you do not need a ticket to Comic Con to visit the arcade. All you need to do is get to Flynn's Arcade (address above) and get in line.

Will they be handing out swag and loot at Flynn's Arcade?
Last year, upon exiting Flynn's they handed out T-shirts (Flynn Lives and Flynn's Arcade), posters, Flynn's Arcade Tickets and Tokens, so the likelihood is high they'll be doing the same this year.

Will the full size replica Lightcycle be at the Arcade?
Maybe, but there is a high likelihood it will be on the Convention floor this year. Last year, it was a surprise reveal, this year it's a promotional display for the movie.
