Wow.. I actually enjoyed the first two (minus ALL of the human elements) as I felt they really did manage to bring my childhood to life. However, I am looking at this and thinking... "Really? THIS is what you came up with? THIS?!?" Sorry, Larry, I love spacesuits too, but come on...
Of course, this is only the first preview, so maybe I am jumping the gun. The only reason I like transformers is watching big robots fight, so I guess as long as that is still there, I'll be happy. It isn't like either of the other two had compelling stoylines either.

Naw, no worries, Art; like I told cobalt in a PM, I was kissing girls and buying my own beers when you guys were playing with those things. I don't really know my Voltron from my Optimus Prime without thinking about it very hard.
But I love me some Victoria's Secret models, and spacesuits, and Michael Bay movies. If I'm spending $50+ to go to the movies, I want to see some spectacle, and you can count on ol' Michael Bay for that.

The first two-thirds of the trailer looks like an excellent premise for a film which will be underutilized and ruined by being shoehorned in as the back story to a Michael Bay explosion-fest. Too bad.
