Too much Ray Gun competition.

I started making classically styled Ray Guns several years ago (3.5 years to be close). I enjoy doing it. But recently the "market" has exploded with more and more folks doing nice work making ray guns (not exactly like mine, but competition nonetheless). So I can't get the type of $$ return on my pieces as I would like (or need) to keep making them.

So I'm heading in another direction with my "fine art" proclivities. No resin. No lathe. No mill. No silicone. No casting.

But it makes use of skills I'm already using making the puppets for my show Transylvania Television.

So for the moment, I'm out of the ray gun business. But keep your eyes open... I'll be posting some of the "new" work in the next three months.

Nope. Not rockets. In fact it's not even really "hardware" at all.

I'm going to be using my puppet-making skillz to do some larger soft-sculpture pieces. With an angry attitude.
