Hey guys just an update on my flight stabilizer suit from the first ironman movie. I did all of the electrical work myself, but I can't take credit for "all" of it.

The chest piece as you can see isn't completely accurate but I found it very comfortable. It houses an 11.1V lipo battery, which powers the whole suit. I've also installed a battery capacity display to monitor Volts being used and also usage.

The back has some random wires, some of which I will be using and also the tank you see is for the flame thrower.

The Boot was by far the hardest and I just want to say, I can't take full credit for it. The heel and toe portion were done by another user on here by the the name of drumguy560 3d printed Iron Man MK 1.5/ Flight Test 2.0/Mech Test build *first boot done*

I've simply 3d printed those pieces and built up from that using aluminum. The whole frame is being held together by some titanium rods as seen in the photos.

So far I'm pretty pleased, although I still have work to do.

Nice work! I am currently working on this same project myself and using the same boot files. If I may ask what did you use for the toe and ankle pivot points? How is the mobility of your setup?

Well I used adjustable servo rods. You can get them on Amazon. I purchased a titanium set. They are a bit pricey, but worth it. Make sure they are adjustable as well. I then used rivets to keep them in place. I went a size smaller then the actual hole size of the rods to allow them to move and pivot. Its extremely comfortable to wear.
