Todd's Costumes hat stands??

My grandfather had something similar like this for his hats. I don't think it's the same one as the link but it looked about the same. I was never actually sure what it was for honestly, lol, but he seemed to like it well enough.

With all the Indy costumers and hat collectors here, and all the people who've bought stuff from Todd, no one has any experience with these to share? Really?

I've been looking for a way to display my hat - though I'm not certain I will pick one of these up or not. For the price, it should be worth a checking out.
I want to display my Indy fedora sitting next to the whip and gun, but I want the hat elevated enough so that the front brim stays snapped down. Not sure how elevated this stand makes the hat, but it does look like it does it a little...

They work great. I got the same one when I got my Akubra. Here's a shot of my AB on it.

It lifts it just far enough off the desk to keep it in shape. Best way to display a hat.

BTW, I ordered three, and here's my Penman Raiders on one.

It works well - keeps the brim off the surface below it, and doesn't put stress on any one part of the hat.

These stands are definitely a long oval, so you might not want to let a very round sort of hat sit on there for long.

End transmission.

Wow, I've never heard a review of Todd's costumes from anybody other than Indy folks. I just figured he didn't make that other stuff anymore. Cool.
