Finished my TMNT on Friday Sep 6 then started on finish of the Hulkbuster. A very busy time for me. Turtle made out of garage floor foam, lots of layers of latex, plastidip. Used "The Thing" kids feet as foot base then added foam to shape them. This costume is not a joy to wear.

I would LOVE to get an explanation on how you actually built this, any progress pics or anything?

No. I don't have any pics handy. I can try to locate them and post. Basically uses and old muscle suit. Added garage floor foam cut up and smoothed edges with a dremmel and fine grit sandpaper. glued down onto suit, combo duct tape and lycra fabric glued onto that, coated with latex, painted with airbrush in spots.
