Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland Costumes

there forshure is a jewel on the art deco pin like in the visual companion, you can see it here

in THAT shot...whenever the hat is CG and not the actual prop, it changes from scene to scene. the ribbon is behind all of the pins there too...its incredibly inconsistent whenever it's not on the hatters head. :S

1qsp, that made no sense

and Jodo the Toggle clasp is at the end of the chain of the Pocket watch
i think we went over that a long time ago
(it goes watch, medallion, then clasp)

and i need to get my ass to FIDM

i need to win something XP\

here Jodo, if you go back a bit in the forum where the stills from that scene were posted you can see how the Toggle Clasp is connected to the fob, (the medallion)

Oh yeah, I know...That's what I meant, but I guess the watch is just his pocket then? And the medallion and clasp hang from it. And to my surprise, I dug out my Joker chain, and it matches it exactly. :lol So now I can mark that off. :D

it's alright atleast I know the name now hehe, thanks. Just on the record i've been told by Sew Essential that they no longer carry the ring in stock-it's a discontinued item.

Lucky I saw fatal's first which saved me the bother of sorting out refunds..oh they'll take money alright haha.

OT, what is your guy's favorite thimble to actually use (not for cosplay), I can only find dumb plastic or metal ones. i can't seem to find a good rubber one. I need better grip, all these layers are so thick and hurting my fingers and wrists. :(

Mine are rubber and functional ;)

Fatal,
Thanks for letting me know, but I found something that may work for me. Can't understand after all my years of going to fabric stores I never saw it. Little rubber discs you use to grab the needle while going through thick layers. Plus I could never find thimbles small enough to fit my fingers.

And as of today; I never want to see chain EVER again.

Jodo,
you mostly buy things and change them up..
the spools arent that difficult....
try being knee deep in making sparrow wares
