Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland Costumes

True....I think overall budget will be *around* $250, depending on how much the chain is.

Because right now I still need :

Vest -
Tie -
Coat -
Pants Embroidered -
Spool Baldric -
Black Purple And Blue Sock -
Orange Sock -
Boots -
Pink Handkerchief -
Large Safty Pin And Fabric -

The safty pin, fabric, hankerchief, and socks I'm not worried about at all. But the boots, vest, tie and coat may prove a bit difficult to fit into such a small budget. :confused If I buy the above coat, I won't have to worry about it at all either. LOL.

you could always make a vest, vests are easy (depending on your size im selling my current one, but its a tad big for even me)
and the tie isnt hard to make ether
the real trick is getting the pattern right

and for the pants hand embroidery in the easiest
you just kind of do a short base stitch
as for the large safty pin, i just made me 3, one im keeping, but i can sell the other 2
it be like 10 bucks with 8 dollar shipping, PM me if your interested in that

as for shoes they can be made, aging PM if interested

Do you have pics. of the vest? I wear a size Med/Large shirt...I don't know any # measurements. (For good reason. :lol)

I'm gonna make Chad embroider my pants, so he's gonna have to put up with me. :lol :p ;)

I'm realy glad you posted that link to that coat though...It looks so much better than the other. :D (And it relieves my mom from having to take it up. :lol )

BEHOLD what I just got off ebay for 23 bucks:

I'm curious...how are those 'pins' ( that are probably plastic ) supposed to stick into the costume hats they're going to be selling which will almost certainly be that foamy cheap crappy stuff? Are they just meant to be *cringe* tucked into the pink band of most?

I stand by what I said before...the whistle, flower and blue one are good, but the hollow one looks HUGE and the pseudo heart one needs some reworking...which I look forward to doing. MUAHAHAHAH! ( in otherwords, I'm totally buying these for Travis, too. :) )

Nice early find, Chad!

Well these aren't the ones that are going to be sold on the market, these are Brass and are made by the Singapore people who did the Bird Patch~

Would love to do the long blue Alice coat, at which
I made a half hearted stab when those first pictures
