The Walking Dead Season 3

No doubt. I'm hoping some company is able to secure the license and do the replica right. Of course, we may find that Michonne only uses the sword in two or three episodes, then hangs it up for good, as in the comics. Then people may not care. I hope that's not the case though. We need a full season of zombies dispatched via samurai sword :)

IIRC she doesn't hang up the sword for a long time after meeting up with the group

It's not outside of the realm of possibility that replicas gets made even if she does hang it up after only a few episodes, after all, they made a replica of Hiro's sword from Heroes even though he didn't use it all that much. And even if it doesn't get made, depending on the tsuba it shouldn't be too hard to convert an existing katana into Michonne's sword although the scabbard might be a little difficult to reproduce.

I know, I supervised the replica from an original Heroes prop for United Cutlery. That's actually a perfect example of what can happen. Fans were clamoring for a replica from season 1(including me) so we talked to NBC and UC got the license. NBC said the development of Hiro's character would continue and the sword would get used all through season 2. It ended up being used little, and Hiro's growth into a serious, badass character, reverted back to silly comic relief. Then the sword was dropped from the show. It became much less interesting to fans, and killed the product.

All of the metal hilt parts are a custom design, so it's a bit more involved. The scabbard is actually the easy part.

That looks nothing like Darryl. First off, there's no scruffy beard on that zombie (I've watched the this part of the trailer multiple times to confirm this. The screencap used is only a shadow on the face of the zombie, not a beard, as just a second before this shot you can clearly see smooth skin on that zombie's face. In fact, if you pay attention to the chin, you can clearly see no hair, and it is much more noticeable when playing the actual clip). Second of all, the hair is much longer on it than Darryl's. Third of all, it's in a blue jumpsuit, indicating it's one of the prisoner zombies we see in the scene earlier in the trailer. Yes, I know in the comics, the group begin wearing the prison outfits as a part of their wardrobe while there, but so far from what we've seen in the trailers, the group appear to continue to wear their regular clothes. Not to mention the fact that if you pay attention, the following shot where you see Glen, he is wearing a tactical vest, which several others in the group are shown wearing in the earlier scene as the group are trying to navigate the halls in the dark and then retreat into what looks like the chow hall (which includes a couple of shots of Glen). And Daryl is also wearing a similar vest, only not zipped up, over his standard plaid shirt without sleeves (which he is also seen wearing in Season 1 and Season 2 of the show) in one of the quick cuts of the group retreating into the chow hall.

So, a few months ago, Steven Yeun tweeted a picture of a guy who really looked like Tyrese, and there was speculation that he might have been. You can see him in the season 3 promo, blocking Andrea and Michonne in a room in Woodbury. Wouldn't it be a strange twist if Tyrese were playing for Woodbury's team and then turns later?

Some possible spoilers.
According to rumors, Daryl has to choose between Merle and Rick... Eventually he shoots Rick and leaves with Merle. Personally I don't buy into that one.

Maggie is taken hostage by a woodbury soldier and Glenn tries to stop him but he get's taken too. This seems likely based off of some blogs I have read where Glen and Maggie were seen in a grocery store. Maggie has a gun pointed to her head, Glen tries to bargain for her, but is taken as well.
