*I added some cuts ...how do you fight zombies daily and not get cut? I own the Gerber Machete, made my holster and dirtied up the shirt with coffee grounds. I was missing the speed reloader pouches, and the watch.

I was out on vacation last week so I didnt see everyone's recent responses. Great job, guys. Love seeing everyone's take on ol' Rick. Here's me from the past weekend.. got a new shirt and played with the blood splatter a little

Hey man, have you ever cosplayed "Ash" from Army of Darkness? You have the perfect look for it, IMO.

And matthewC, good job. I think Rick is missing that watch now too, so no worries! :)

This was my first attempt at doing any costume. I'm looking forward to trying more on for size.

Dan

I've done it once...but not properly. I've gotten that suggestion quite a bit over the last few years. I really need to just buckle down and build an Ash costume, lol

For those interested, happened upon a pretty great alt to Rick's black and grey pearlsnap shirt from Season 3/4. It's a brand called Straight Faded. Found it at ROSS of all places...only $12! They had quite a few of them too (at least one in each size S-XL. Mine seen here is a M) and I've seen them at multiple locations so it might be worth checking out if you have one in your area!

My hair just has natural curl to it when I grow it out. I added curl enhancer, pomade, and use a blow dryer.. Pretty simple

sorry to comment on such an old thread and bring it back from the grave (see what i did there?haha) but off this thread has helped me so much on my own season 4 rick costume, so thanks! great, great work. on this newer shirt did you use the RIT dye method to give it that sweaty worn dirty look as well, or did you use anothe rmethod? its really effective whatever you did. again, great work

Hmm, good question... I dont know that your shirt needs much of a tinting... I've never tried a tea bath for dyeing garment, but it might not be a bad idea. You can do the majority of the weathering, etc, with rit dye watered down in a spray bottle
