The Topknot Build. New photos of torso life cast build. 05/07/2015

Hey Goonsack I'm hoping for the best. Here are a few photos of the work I did this weekend. It never seems like much but it represents
a few hours of work. I roughed in the basic shape of the upper mandibles, shaped the right cheek area, and played with some lines around the left eye
area

I'm loving it so far. So much detailing and I can't wait to see how the finished sculpt looks.

The bone structure you've got showing through on the upper mandibles (if I'm interpreting it right)  is pretty cool, and loving the details as always

Hey everyone sorry it took so long to get some updates posted. Life stepped in and took me away from this for a while. 
I finally got some clay on the lower mandibles and started on the cheeks. 

I started doing some texture here. After seeing these photos I may change it a bit.

Looking really good so far! Do you plan on using a core when you cast it?

Thanks man. Yes I will be casting it with a core in fact it is sculpted on the core.

FINALLY !! damn i was losing hope that you were going to shelf this for a while. I love the detail in the face and top of the head , but the skin on the mandibles just seem a little cookie cutter. Now i know your not done but that skin needs something else sculpted on there . Just me talking here . . . I am stupid ! 
no matter what it is EPIC !!! i JUST WANT TO COME HELP FINISH IT !!!! DAMN IT !!!!

Sorry I've been away a while. I've just had a lot going on. Got a little time in this morning.
Got the texturing going below the eyes and on the bridge of what ever that is.

I finally got back to it AGAIN. I decided to place some scales on the forehead. I thought it would be cool to tie it in with the quads. Of course there will be scales
elsewhere i.e.; the shoulders, back, and triceps.

There is still a lot of detailing to do. Let me know what you think.

Ok as you can see the post is screwed up. I had it looking perfect then went in to fix a few typos and when I saved it this is how it looked. I will try to fix it later. this sucks
