Harps model is awesome!
But, to my eye, the new flex has a slightly wider clamp.

But, to my eye, the new flex has a slightly wider clamp and I also think that the bottom half of the flex may be a little thinner. I played around with a photo of Harps to see what it looked like to meView attachment 1010035
Hey Halliwax ! That'd be weird for two reasons...With a missing kyber crystal
Hey SethS ! There's some sort of line under Rey's index finger as she reaches for the lightsaber while it's on her belt in the preview. Adjust the Youtube settings to .25 speed and you can see it for a split second. I still can't tell if it's a 'chrome reflection' or a dark stripe on the side of the lightsaber.Pretty sure there's a scorch mark...
Obviously cant speak for the actual prop, but the "leather" wrap on the Harp saber actually looks like dark stained wood veneer carefully cut and wrapped around the clamp. Pretty nice I'd say.

1. Anakin built his lightsabers using an Adegan crystal! Not to mention Qui-Gon did as well, and Obi-wan too! This Weapon is Your Life: A Study of Historical Lightsabers | StarWars.com
2. Both the onscreen BROKEFLEX in Rey's hands, and the BROKEFLEX in the display case at Lucasfilm, have a broken crystal.
So, Rey may have used parts of the BROKEFLEX to rebuild this new iteration of the Skywalker lightsaber, but I don't think the Adegan crystal was one of the salvagable parts from the BROKEFLEX.
The Mousitry of Truth has a bit of historical revisionism to attend to if anyone in Episode IX says that the Adegan crystal in the GRAFLEX was a Kyber crystal, and/or that the crystal in the BANDFLEX is the same one that was in the GRAFLEX.

I played around with Roy's blueprints a little. What do you guys think about the proportions?
Adegan crystals aren't canon anymore
