Started out with these items for my costume. Had some stuff I coukd use for this costume.

Next, i decided to create a body armor out of foam and then attach it to my tshirt.

I then used Modge podge to seal the foam, then primed the thing white and painted it.

The next thing I did was decide what to do for my helmet....decided to make a helmet that I could slip on and off and looks like a real motorcycle helmet...btw my foam curved the wrong way...so i did extra work to cover and prep so it's all smooth

Started to cover with layers of PVA and then with some latex silicone, primer filler...

the helmet looks a bit large, have you tried pepping it?

It's actually the size of a motorcycle helmet.

No haven't tried pepping. Actually never tried to do pep work. I don't really have the space to do it and with the fiberglass fumes and all...so i usually go for foam. More house friendly.
