Well, after years of wanting one TazMan has a licensed STL file on his Website Cults3D page and found a person to print it for me.
The engineering was so well done that I could've put it together blind. Taz even put little holes in the wing + body as to secure them into the body and insure solidity
Three parts (and the engine) for the main body and 3 parts for the winged feet.
I'll spare you the description of sanding, filling and more sanding (you all know the drill). After four coats of grey paint filler it looked like this first pic.
Then the red color (another 4 coats) and the measuring/masking of the white squares and mucho Tamiya tape, the result at the end.
Finally, my mug and the size of the rocket: three feet and two inches all in all.
Big thanks to TazMan and his help finding 3-D printers in Ottawa.
