The Princess Bride props

Does anyone know of any replica props made from the movie The Princess Bride?
I am not a big fan myself (I only saw it once, years ago), but I know someone who is and I wanted to get her something from the film for Christmas. I am not even sure where to start looking - except to ask here.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
Thanks :D

The only thing I've ever seen is this:

Which is my screen-used pike from the following scene (amongst others):

Really rare to find anything from this movie even replicas.
good luck tho'.

I may just have to watch the movie again and see if there is anything I can replicate myself

How about the pitcher Wesley pulls down and hands her while saying "as you wish" That was a nice moment. :)

Failing that -- Buttercup's dagger?
(along with a note saying something about "not for damaging your perfect breasts" or suchlike?)

You could always buy as inexpensive rapier, and paint up a nice image on the plaque from the movie. You could even make Wesley's mask and hang it on the sword. Or buy a pair of leather gloves, cut one finger off one side, and have a seamstress sow the cut off finger on the other glove so that it has 6 fingers.

Those are both good sounding "girl prop" ideas thanks.
(No one yell at me, I just mean by "girl prop" that she may be more likely to enjoy that then something I would collect, like a sword)
And thanks for all the suugestions, I will try and get a copy of the film to watch myself to figure out what to make for her, as the only thing I remember is a scene with a poison drink being switched around :$
Thanks again to everyone that replied :D

It's been a year, and the same girl has a birthday is coming up again and I still have not found something from this movie to give her.:rolleyes

I decided to do the Buttercup's dagger with a note idea and the Vase Westley hands her , but can't find a good picture of either.
Anyone know what either look like, or any suggestion where I could get something similar?

How about you buy an original 1st edition print of the book? You find them on Ebay from time to time. They aren't to expensive. That would be a really nice gesture:)

Regards
TAZ

The dagger has a horn handle with silvery findings, but I've looked and looked to no avail.

Ahhh, well I probably will not find one in the next month then:rolleyes Thanks. At least now I know what to look for for the next few years.

The 1st edition book is a good idea TAZ, I never thought of that.
I have seen signed scripts and posters but both her and her husband are actors and that kind of stuff has very little appeal to them (unless it is from something they were in), but she loves books!:love

ooppss...first editions of the book (both on ebay and other "rare book stores" online) run from $700 - $800 bucks. OUCH!!!:wacko

Hey, you can find that replica Dread Pirate Roberts sword around for about half price now, FYI The thing that's killing me is getting that sword belt buckle. Anyone know who has it or what it may be called?Roberst buckle 2.jpg
