The newly designed Nautilus

I've been doing redesigns of the Disney Nautilus for almost a year now and have been neglectful of posting here.

In the movie the Nautilus came to a mysterious demise (as well as in the Verne book).
My premise is that Nemo, crew and Nautilus survived and rebuilt the boat, making her even more deadly.

God I loved that ride at Disney World when I was a kid.

Anyway, is this one of the Nautilus Drydock models? What scale is it?
Any chance we can see some before and after pictures of the upgrades?
Also how about some build pictures?
