Since you need only the top, the 3D model of any other one in the same series would work. They are available on the C&K webpage, you select a switch, and hit the little box shaped icon to get the model. (Registration required). But the edges and curve of the C&K switch is closest to the photo. The others all have a extra chamfer on the sides, and a wider bezel. Also as a product designer, McMaster is my #1 visited webpage, and if they ever stop providing great 3D models I might as well quit.

ATM I’m tied up with a commission on some 191X lights for Jurassic Park, but as soon as those are assembled I’ll be back on the Camtono.
