I'm pretty impressed so far- just a day has gone and already 14 out of 25 committed signups have sent in payments. I am hoping the first batch of resin (and alcohol for washing the resin in) will get here before the weekend so that I can crank up the machine and get it going. By then I hope to have the rest of the metal parts cut.

Hmm, not really. If I found time to do a couple finished ones, the cost might end up 3-4X the kit i think, not counting the electronics. (I haven't really gotten too deep into thinking about electronics for it, besides making room. A cheap option would be to gut a Poe Nerf gun and use those.)
Build thread has been updated again now that I've started doing a paintup!
The build thread has been getting daily updates, the printer has been cranking out parts every minute I've been able to have it running (hopefully the first 4-6 kits will be ready for packing after this week) and I AM still accepting orders on these.

I would love a blaster kit!! I read the thread and you had mentioned that the 'late adopters' who are jumping in too late might get a different kit etc. Are all the parts the same as the initial batch?? It looks incredible and thanks for pointing out that it won't require sanding! My days of sanding 3D printed parts for hours need to be over lol!

Answered, had bad service for a few days.

All the parts shown in the above photos are included. Everyone gets the same base kit! The early adopters got the kit a little cheaper and another small perk (that they actually have to pay extra for, to a 3rd party, so it's "opt in"). That's because they committed to the project "on faith", not having seen the final result, going only by my past builds. (The second perk doesn't really make the kit more accurate it's just a neat extra. It'll be revealed some time in the future.)

If anyone knows or is in contact with DeweySkywalker I'd be glad if you asked him/her to check PMs.
OK, the first post should be updated correctly with the status of everyone so far. I'm running the printer constantly and cleaning parts as they come off. (I take the supports off most parts before shipping.) So far, it looks like my guess of printing 3-4 per week looks to be holding (as long as the printer doesn't need maintenance). I'll hopefully be sending out the first few in the coming week!
Also, since it's going to take 2-3 months at this point to get all current signups printed and sent out, I might soon pause new orders until a good number have gone out. (I figure I'll take on enough to fill all the brass parts and barrels that I've cut so far, so a couple more should be OK before pausing.)
