Can anyone maybe sharpen up these images?

well as they are old pics i think the slightly bluryness of them is a good thing as cameras were not that good at producing "sharp" images when these were suposed to be taken

I'm mainly talking about the border around the picture, and a slight sharpening of the image itself.

The photos look like they are mounted on card as was general practice in those days so it does not really matter as to sharpening slightly you could do that with the printer settings when ready to print them
