I've been bored to death today and I think, short of going custom, I found Hawkeye's vest fabric right here http://www.therainshed.com/fabrics/1000cordura.htm
Take a look at this 1000 denier maroon swatch:

If it's not exact, it's pretty close. As I look at Hawkeye's it seems to be a blend of medium gray and maroon in a tiny rectangular pattern. I'd be game to use this as maroon choice.

I know this one isn't exactly film accurate, but here is my Hawkeye. I threw it together in two weeks for a local convention. The quiver I made won an award in the costume contest for prop craftsmanship.

Were you able to find any screen references for the new quiver? I only can see the top in the released trailers.
