The Book of Boba Fett

My memory is fuzzy but I seem to recall in the EU, the sarlacc victims were kept alive in a nightmare fueled stupor, mixing memories from other victims and such. So that concept has existed at one point!

Oh my gossssssh!!!!!
i know we are being funny but within our humor there will be some things that actually happen..

On a serious note, the writers for TBOB and Mando have been great. No matter what ACTUALLY happens, i'd be shocked if we didn't like the ending.(even though i wanted this show never to happen, i wanted Boba to die in the Sarlacc). This show has me hooked, for sure and Mandalorian ...phenomenal!!!
The sign of a good show is great discussion, only ep2 we are already 48 pages in..
Like your good self and others I was worried but its chugging along nicely
If they keep making SW TV like well what can I say but..
Forget the Movies

"This is the Way"

so does that mean that Mando hallucinated when he saw Boba approach on the Slave 1 and when face to face it was a double hallucination going on at the same time?;) that atleast explains when the storm troopers came, Mando confusingly, running back up the hill for Grogu instead of putting on his jetpack...lol, Jk

alright...i'll stop with the jokes
Now your just being a trouble maker! :p

There is no Mando, it’s a Sarlac digestive inspired hallucination.

Oh my gossssssh!!!!!
Is Jar Jar in there too!..

Seriously though at some point he's got to come back to answer for his sins.. Didn't he give Palatine the deciding vote all those years back ?

Maybe he's hiding out at Old man Kenobi's gaff ?

One Of the BEST statements yet!!! 100% agreed

Imagine if that was True...
Maybe Luke Really fell in the Sarlaac back in Jedi !

It was All a dream

A good way to reboot the franchise

....alright...someone bring us back to earth with something significant...quickly...lol
Looking forward to this new iteration of Tuskies at the next Con.. I had a costume in the works but never liked not having the correct cone shaped metal eye tubes etc..
These Tuskys are practically off the shelf plumbing parts but in a good way for the Cosplay community..
Its really great to be getting new characters weaponry to build

Definitely agree to a degree. What in general is difficult for me when it comes to comics is visualizing the stories and scenes and imagining the live-action versions of these characters speaking, moving, and doing all these events. For example, I find it hard to believe Darth Vader would actually balance on top of a rolly-polly droid shown in the recent Darth Vader issue. Like, if you showed me a screencap of live-action Vader on Cloud City and told me this man was going to balance on top of a droid like a circus performer, I wouldn't believe you.

I think that the comics are inherently restricted by how much visual storytelling they can achieve in small sections of a page, and as such, the way they communicate their stories are often jarring. However, I think the actual stories themselves can be adapted and made more believable if hypothetically they were made in live-action instead. If they filmed actual scenes of Boba needing to repair Han's carbonite stasis, having him stolen, and forcing Fett to travel to the Vermillion to crash an auction hosted by Qi'Ra and Crimson Dawn, I think it would be wayyy more convincing in Live-Action and most comics for that matter.

Just my take though.
All great points. I guess my thought was not so much about the narrative constraints that accompany the medium, but just the story concept itself.

Plenty of other ways to get Vader to eliminate the Hutt Council without unnecessarily complicating a transaction that didn’t need complication.

Annnnnyway, if Jabba was THE leader of the entire Hutt Empire, that makes the Twins’ late arrival even more puzzling.

Maybe Bib was the placeholder puppet, as you and others said, and backwater Tatooine was just last on the Twins’ “to-do” list.

He’ll be in the hanger looking it over. Thinking, I’ll need to give it a new paint job, and may as well take the opportunity to change the name to Starfighter while I’m at it.

I agree and i LOVE Boba's EE-3 Rifle....I'm a Lightsaber guy but man...The weapons and costumes are great and i'm definitely gonna do that gaderffii out of Osage Orange wood.

I had the original DL44 blaster(Toy) when i was a kid
That's one of the very few toys I got as a kid (when they were first released in 1978) that I still have today. It might be the only one I still have. There are probably still a couple of the vehicle toys floating around in storage somewhere between my various sheds and my parents' attic and the barns they have. But my mom threw away all of my vintage 3.75 action figures -- I probably had at least two-thirds of the Kenner figures.
