The Book of Boba Fett

i cant anymore i cant LOL

I'd just love to see a reveal that Boba was thinking 10 steps ahead of everyone else for the entire season.
Maybe he is..
Well we have eight episodes to see his End game.
This is Boba Fett the man the myth the Legend after all.. hired by Cut throat dictators and Dynasty alike.
I am looking at this like an eight course meal..
The starter was a taste of what's to come, next came the sharing platter mmm tasty !...
By the time we have had the cheeseboard we will be happily stuffed with a nice Big belly A bit like Thanksgiving and Christmas with All the trimmings..

Oh My...We've turned into The Almighty Sarlaac!

TBOB EP2 LINES that caught my attention

1.Fennec-"Overpriced...you're paying for the name"

2.Boba-"you know damn well who"

3.Boba-"i'm not a bounty hunter"

4.Mayor-"The nightwind are not allowed to operate outside of Hutt territory"

5.Mayor-"before you threaten me, you should ask yourself, who really sent the nightwind?"

6.Mayor-"running a family is more complicated than bounty hunting"

BONUS EP1 line -(Boba speaking of majordomo)"better watch out for that one"

What lines really caught your attention?

I’ve read only 7 episodes

The Book of Boba Fett will have eight episodes. Our source shared the titles of these eight episodes as follows: Episode 1: The Champion, Episode 2: The Assassin, Episode 3: The Syndicate, Episode 4: The Battleground, Episode 5: The Homeworld, Episode 6: The Warlord, Episode 7: The Showdown, Episode 8: The Hunter.

But that was on Giant Freakin Robot

Ever since they showed Maul's double-blade reveal in the TPM trailer, I've sworn off all SW trailers as well. That would have been 1000x cooler if the first time we saw it was our first viewing of the actual movie.
There are SO many points like that which could have made a greater impact. For example, in TFA, the FIRST view we get of Kylo Ren's face should have been when he removed his helmet with Han. They could have still done the Rey interrogation scene with his helmet off, just never revealed his face.

...and could they please STOP with the Vanity Fare Annie Leibovitz color spreads prior to a SW movie release?

For better or worse, I think Disney has saturated the marketplace to the point that a new SW movie isn’t going to be quite as big of a thang the next time around.

As much as I have enjoyed a lot of the recent Disney-era projects like Mando, Rogue One, TLJ, Solo & CWs7, I do tend to agree. Though, I hope I have the chance to work on at least one of the projects in my future.

couldn't agree more...unless Filoni and Favreau were given the keys to a major motion picture...with no outside interference...someone on here said they are ok if we just stayed with live action tv...I love that...either way, i would like to see something done with Knights of the old Republic

That's impressive! What size is that "screen"?
Thanks its currently just over 12 feet across but if I run it the length of the room it throws an 18 foot image, I need to buy a proper screen but can't find one that Big..
Epson really know how to knock out a mid to high end range 4K projector and it was cheaper than our 60 inch Samsung..
The level of detail rivals some Cinemas I've been too and the soundbar and Sub pack a punch with Dolby Atmos..
You can see skin pours for instance on 4K content and whilst watching BOBF I saw a ton of extra details..
Its quite literally like being in the Sarlaac or with Boba chasing down that train..

I much prefer the TV shows of late and agree like my previous post, its not nor are a slew of future movies going to make as much impact...Things change evolve and the public want greater easier access to content and Streaming is now This Behemoth of a beast that shows no sign in stopping and with better and better WIFI 4K handles like a breeze(I do feel sorry for Blockbuster turning down that Netflix deal)
These shows don't pretend to be a Tolstoy masterpiece..
George invisioned them as SCIFI Flash gordon serials..
I would rather have them than not... For whatever reason the last trilogy wasn't as good as it could have been and our aspirations ran probably too high..plus too many people making too many decisions on a story or trying to re cut other directors work never really works.

Back to Boba....
Trouble is a brewing and I think things are gonna get Messy!

Did I say I love those New Tuskys.. the quick cut Edits with the female was Awesome and almost Horror like, reminded me of the creepy ghost in Stir of Echos!

Maybe this is a nitpick.. Idk.. but the more i rewatch these first two episodes the more its really starting to bother me..

Why is it that Djin, a far less experienced Bounty Hunter, is more fluent in alien languages and communicating abilities in his universe than Boba Fett is, where Boba presumably still has all his OT rep as the best bounty hunter in the galaxy and has been around far longer?

Maybe its just me but i would think that knowing multiple languages would be an incredibly vital skill in said life long profession..
(That “we need a protocol droid” joke irked me to no end just because of that.. but hey as long as it makes Filoni giggle like an idiot)

This is almost feeling like more manipulative OT<ST character assassination garbage... Should i just stop talking and eat my slop?

I mean it was an Aqualish. I don't suspect they are easy to understand. Now if it is reoccurring thing, yeah, that's a little weird.

I think that Fett's rep as the best bounty hunter around is more of a fan construction than anything that was established in the OT. The only thing that we know of his rep that had been firmly established onscreen was that he apparently has a penchant for disintegrations. But that's it, we don't know anything about his success rate or how well regarded as a bounty hunter he is.

As far as languages go, it's possible that he just doesn't have a knack for languages. There are people out there who can't speak anything but their own native language even though speaking another language would be useful for their job.
