So Pedro wasn't under the helmet at all? Uh oh .......

im not a fan of hasbro anymore... their whole haslab program i think is the biggest joke going.. its a shame because i love their black series helmets.

but as for preordering or ordering from their website, im completely done with them... pandemic or not... when you preorder item that sells out in 10 minutes... and you see other people getting their product which was from 3rd party sites.. and you who order directly from hasbro has to wait 1 year to get to your door.. all set with them
I'm a passive follower of several fan sites, mainly to keep me up to date on upcoming product. I heard about that a lot and I'm really sorry for all fans in the US. I live in Germany where it is not as big a hassle to get figures etc. Items which are released as store exclusives in the US are relatively easy to get here through fan channel. However the scarcity and prices are slowly reaching the limit. I have never been a completist and only pick what I like but I have made the experience that if you do not watch your stores carefully the desired item slips through your fingers in a snap.

Where the heck did he end up going.. he disappeared
He still does standup gigs, has a weekly podcast that just did its 400th episode (producer Frank Santopadre does the heavy lifting, though), and a couple years ago he did a documentary about his life (a big focus is his sister, a successful photographer who died of breast cancer).

OK, fine, let’s throw in Qi’ra and Crimson Dawn into the finale. I’ll just consider this series a bridge to the next Mando season and not expect resolution of anything so far. There, I feel better all ready. (But what about baby Rancor?!)

Dollars to Donuts that Fett rides the baby Rancor in Ep7. There, I said it.

pedro must be happy about that... actor turned voice actor lol
Rumor was it was Pedro that wanted more facetime on The Mandalorian.
With uncertainty about him even returning for a 3rd season, I believe that spring boarded TBOBF into quick production at the time, as filler.
My personal belief is that Pedro was not in costume MOST of the time during the first 2 seasons.

guys i started a thread trying to ID cad banes coat and hat

any advice on what kind of fabric that duster he is wearing is? trying to see if its a modified coat or if its completely made from scratch

Depending on the contract he signed up for.. only reason we are getting deep fake luke is because of Hamill’s permission

If they didn’t get the permission Hamill’s family could make a lot of money right now lol

George mcfly is the one who started this back in back to the future 2, when they didn’t hire him and used prosthetics to make the new actor look like him

But since Pedro most likely signed over his likeness for action figures.. I bet that falls under something like that..
Yeah the story behind Crispin Glover and also Eric Stoltz is a cautionary tale..

Both very good actors by the way

As I mentioned before in this particular thread; as soon as you remove the helmet, as soon as you remove the mystery about the character.

But was there any mystery under the helmet anymore? Ever since AOTC, we’ve known exactly where Boba came from and exactly what he looks like under there.

Sure, he could have had a big-ass scar across his face or cyborg eyes, but you get what I’m saying. For better or worse, George let that particular cat out of the bag in 2002.

I don't think we needed the series to be called TBOBF as he has become almost secondary to the plot and that is where most of my confusion has arisen. If this was The Mandalorian, season 3, my brain would had adjusted more easily. I don't mind seeing Boba, but I really think he was meant to be a supporting character. His presence in Mando season 2 was very cool but he wasn't the focus either. He could have stayed that way and that would have been great. Also, the quick introduction and then death of some characters (Tuskens, Madam Garsa) seems to represent the rushed nature of this series - they didn't have the time (or want to make the time) to fully explore their stories. We saw a large cast support the story with intermittent appearances in Mando (Migs, The Armorer, IG-11, Cara, Greef) and you get an attachment to them over time. I haven't felt that with the episodes focused on Boba (but we haven't had much time with him either).
Yeah there's a very strange formula here by Disney of a Throw a Way culture..maybe it's a subliminal message mirroring the Real world ?

I doubt it though..
