The Book of Boba Fett

I also agree she should’ve just been dead and apparently that was the intent until they foolishly decided to just randomly bring her back in season 2.
Come on now -- the scene at the end of the episode where she first appeared clearly implied she would survive and that she was being rescued by Boba Fett. They had at least some ideas in this direction from the get-go.

That was exactly my thought as well. I thought it looked stupid when they showed her new innards in Mando and it was literally wires and moving pistons as opposed to at least an artificial stomach, intestines, etc (and the fact that nothing was sealed up). Seems like that’d be an incredible liability for someone in her line or work. Anyway, I too wondered if that was reason for the inclusion of these ridiculous Mod characters in BoBF, as opposed to her at least just getting bacta treatment.

Yeah... It was shown in the BTS show on D+ when they filmed the scene with Boba approaching Fennic, Jon & Dave were discussing whether the fans would realize it was Boba, based on the sound of the spurs.

That was just Desert Wanderer Boba checking out a dead body he stumbled upon. Pretty sure Ming-Na Wen herself said she was dead but they changed their minds and decided to bring her back.

She might have said that, but it was certainly not the way the scene played, in my opinion. Especially given she is a fairly well-known actor, it always seemed to me that they gave her the role specifically because it wasn't going to be a "one-and-done" deal. I'm not typically one to presume dishonesty on an actor's public statements (if she did say that), but Andrew Garfield also strongly denied he was in No Way Home.

OK, I am going to play the role of the overly hypersensitive male and ask, just what is the Intended meaning of the “parasitic male [that] remains attached to [the] female for life”????

I mean, my wife might say that’s pretty accurate, but still…

Maybe the sarlacc female has a good job and is fast tracking her career in the desert bounty hunter eating business.
The male would be stupid to pass on that lucrative action. :D

Unfortunately, I personally think seeing his face more is a real possibility. I could see that being a source of future conflict with his clan. I honestly wish we hadn’t seen it at all until he reveals it to Grogu. The flip side of that is Pedro is busy with The Last of Us, so he probably isn’t on set a lot. So maybe the helmet stays…

Something I did notice is that when Fett bursts out of the sand, you can see what appears to be dead, lifeless tentacles in the background just laying on the sand. This looks pretty similar to the dead, post-seismic charge sarlacc. Not sure if they just overlooked that or it was intentional. Lol
I wondered about the lifeless tentacles as well (boy, there's something you don't say every day...). My wife and I assumed he killed it while escaping, but obviously, we (and a lot of others) were wrong.

I guess it's another planning/continuity mixup, like the Gammorean guards going missing in the assassination scene.

Well that’s a weird thing to lie about after she had reappeared. I certainly did not read that she was alive after being gut shot point blank and left in the desert for hrs+. I just read that this mysterious stranger (who was possibly Boba) stumbled across a corpse and was checking it out, perhaps implying he and Mando might cross paths down the road.

Well, that's a legitimate take -- it just wasn't mine. Mind you, I knew it was possible she was done after that one episode, but I thought her return was more likely.
