I am enjoying the show. It's not Shakespeare, but it's not supposed to be and it doesn't even have to try. But as I said earlier, it feels like they are rushing to get to story beats and as a result, cutting corners in terms of story pacing and character development.

We really need longer episodes and/or more episodes. It feels like they are trying to shove a 10-lb. sausage into a 5-lb. skin sometimes.

But by what we saw are we to imagine he was asleep in the Sarlaac for years..The Sailbarge was still smouldering in ep 1 I thought ?

Yeah, I’m def seeing mixed reactions on this one overall. I’ve seen several published reviews that have been fairly positive but “real people” reviews have been decidedly mixed.
