Ive got a few good shots of the nose art, currently working on the tail right now. should have some shots to post on the weekend.

Finally have a break from a crazy work schedule, i am able to start back on this. roughing out the tail section in foam. once i get it closer i will skim coat with glaze and primer and detail. heres the start.

Interesting to see how you use foam a lot in the Betty build. Must be very timeconsuming to get to a very sharp finish.

And thanx for the New Deal link. So you work for them every now and then ? Some cool stuff they have there on display. Really like the lighthouse model and the Burton-esque houses.

I learn so much by watching your build. I knew that foam could be a good thing to use to carve out good base- but you took it all to such a level of precision... really good work.
