The Balrog Of Moria

Hello. I wanted to show my creation here. It is The Balrog Of Moria head bust with Moria pillar / stand. This was sculpted in Chavant NSP clay. The pillar was sculpted in Monster clay. I have been a huge fan of the Balrog character so I wanted to pay homage by creating my own version. Thanks for looking.

That's Awesome! Just throwing this out there but It might be interesting to cast one of these in orange tinted clear resin & back lights fitted?

Got to be worth a try if you've got some clear resin knocking about. I wouldn't know the best way to make it work? either tint the resin or paint it after??
Its a lovely sculpt & I love the base

I think I have clear stuff hanging around. I would probably use Translucent paints for the flames. Dry brush the rest as usual. Here is another piece Im working on. Its a much larger piece based off of the Weta Balrog sculpture that was sold many years ago.
