dunno if it could help... but there is stretch 3d stuff that some guys used to make the shooting pad.. i read somewhere that it's pretty stretchy..
On that same idea.. Kenlandrum did a free 3D file of webbing..

What are you using for the printing? Screen printing? Or what?

Hi guys, I went out and brought some modeling clay for my web shooters. I used the TASM 2 design.
i am using a clay called "das" or something like that. E

Dude I made my lenses with that. I think it's called has

It's kinda flexy when it's dried and it's got papery fibres so you need to sand it and cover in place glue like my lenses build you will thank me later

Warning only sand and glue when painting I'll help you out when you made the actual shape

And erm I thought you wernt modelling your shooters off the film cos if you are I can send you a link to hollow shooters where you can just cut off the strap then add in LEDs or whatever
