Hi everyone,

Since 2010, I posted first thread here @ Spiderman Suit . My work too busy so I didn't touch anything about spidy costume. But now I can manage my work and my time to go on for spidy costume. :D

Here's my thread for WIP of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 costume made by me and my team "Replica Props & Costume Studio".

Pattern and Printing
I got TASM2 pattern from Gunheaddesign and digital printing on 4 way stretch white poly spandex .

This suit was printed by digital printer of our team. Before I print I adjust the color of pattern and my printer's setting many times and transfer on fabric . The result below. :D
rpctasm2-03.jpgrpctasm2-02.jpgrpctasm2-01.jpg

Sewing
And then sewn by my tailor. We use "U shpae" hidden zipper The best zipper style for me.

Faceshell and lenses,
I ask my team to make it. We choose rubber sponge to make it. For me rubber sponge is very light and durable. Here's prototype faceshell and lenses.

As prototype, We have to adjust shape a lot.

Front Spider
We also prepare front spider cutting on rubber matte. Will glue on suit after finish.

Puff Paint
While making first suit. We decide to make second suit with puff paint. First time for puff paint :p

Shoes

Looks amazing man. Just curious, where'd you get the actual suit? Was it printed from a fabric company or bought as a whole online?

Great suit! So glad you got the pattern from the actual person who made it! Would you ever do a suit printing service?

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - WIP

This looks fantastic! Would certainly love to know if you were going to offer a printing service.
Can't wait to see this thing completely finished.

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - WIP

Wow. The reds are awesome. I too have an Or Hadar file (Gunheaddesigns) printed by Fabric on Demand and the reds are not as rich. I'm just jealous.:)

Best of luck!

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - WIP

Thx for all comments :D

For detail of print service will be available soon. Will notify here.:D

Here's latest pix :) More soon.

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - WIP

Looks amazing man! Question, is there reason you didn't do the webs a more silver/greyish color?

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - WIP

do you have a pep file for the face shell, if so would you mind sharing it. thanks

How did you make the faceshell

Our team made faceshell from rubber sponge. We handmade it so didn't use PEP file.

Thx a lot. We just try black first. Now we have next project with Tulip Metallic Black and Grey. :D

Hi All

My team just have chance to be a part of promote for TASM2 Movie in Thailand.

We make some costume to join first event in Songkran day. We bring spidy in Songkran festival. People and kids enjoy a lot. And the suit all wet with water splash by people :D

Here's some pix of fun moment.
