so does anyone know what is a good place to order the fabric from? is so can you also help me out making the order, I'm going through this clueless
There have been several threads (including mine, link in signature) on how to have the fabric printed. And moreover, how to complete an entire suit. Please do your research first before jumping in "clueless" as you mentioned.
Fabric on Demand is where most people here get their patterns printed.
You need to resize the pattern according to your height before you send it to Fabric on Demand. This thread has instructions on how to do just that.
When you go to Fabric on Demand, you will have the option to upload a file and select how many yards and what fabric to use. For Spider-man suits, Lycra Spandex is what you should choose.
For special instructions, I normally put "The pattern is XXX height and xxx wide. Please confirm the dimensions when proofing. The pattern is made for someone (your height)." Or something like that.
If you're still uncertain, what I suggest you do is call Fabric on Demand and ask them for instructions on how to upload and have your pattern printed.

You do Lycra spandex. The design layout should be centered. If you look in the first post there is a link which should have all of the settings already set for you

Depends on the height of the file. I've read some people ordered 2.5 yards.

I don't know if FOD goes by per yard/half a yard. I'm 5'4", so from Ken's latest file, that is around 81" which is 2.25 yards. So, probably would still have to be ordered as 2.5 yards from FOD.
Since I've never ordered from them, I don't really know. Hopefully someone that actually ordered will comment.

Would be funny if everyone thought a future film with have the black suit and it turns out to be gray and everyone already had a black one
I would definitely prefer a silver/black/gray one to just a black/silver one.
black what is now blue. Gray what is now red. Bright silver webbing and spiders.
