Man I wish I knew how to tell the seamstress what to do... I'm worried she wont know how to do it if she has no expertise in costume making
looking at that guys thread i noticed one thing it is really nice but again the main part of the suit don;t line up which destroys the whole suit......here is my idea on that one part of the suit where the face meets up with the side of the face on the mask... now let me know if this is a good idea...delete the horizontal webbing from the side pieces and free hand the webbing to line up the face or have a printable pattern to trace or something on to the sewn suit that way it would look flawless....
I've never made a cast or anything like that, so instead of casting the soles would getting some vans or similar style shoe and getting a sheet of rubber and trace the sole from shoe, the wear shoe inside of suit and glue soles on the outside work?
I dont know what you mean.
I looked at kens file and i get all webings on the mask lined up.

a lot of peoples suits who ever sews them does not sew them properly...View attachment 322126i know this is not his print...i know the dude forgot one sew line to paint... but the yellow circles show how off the lines are even if it is minor it is still the worst part to screw up...so if those lines were not there you can make the lines perfect...by doing it yourself....
If u sew it correct it does fit

I did sew this and did never sew before.
So when u have experience u can do it good
