Whaaaaaaa?! This just keeps getting better. My girlfriend and I have been planning a trip to Disneyland since January and we'll be there Monday! I was excited when they announced Seasons of the Force was starting the 16th, now I know they're going to have real deal awesome props there too. So excited.

(so the mystery disc on Han's blaster is a mystery cylinder now?)
I also see two circuit boards, as well as two types of grips. Could the one on display be just that - a "close enough" display piece with Roy's kit?

I knew not to play like I used to when I was a kid, but to actually use it in serious combat for a scene. It’s absolutely crazy to have in your hand. It’s a bit heavy but it’s worth it. “

Yep. And I think it won't be too difficult to replicate. None too fancy shapes or angles.

So does this mean my ESB Clampcard layout is appropriate for a TFA Graflex?
Or should I think about a new run / layout? Any better pictures of that card?

I'm here at Disneyland until Thursday. I only got a couple of pics inside Launch Bay yesterday because it was pretty crowded. I'm planning on going back tomorrow though so hopefully it won't be too busy.
I wasn't going to post anything yet but I just noticed that they turned it around from the other pics for some reason.

The clamp looks to be at an odd angle, similar to the ANH prop, and not 90 degrees to the other details. Hard to tell, but it didn't appear this way in any of the promotional material we've seen. There's a good chance it has rotated from being handled since the film, if this actually one of the screen used hero props.

Interesting that the lines on the clamp appear to only be visible from the backside. I was thinking it was completely covered with tape. I just covered mine with tape this weekend (too shiny, but it's what I had).

They turned it around because somebody here questioned if they hided GRAFLEX from the clamp :lol
I'm seeing Hex screws this time and not rivets. they look bulgy
Very possible it's a tape textured with the lines and no GRAFLEX, or they simply avoided the hassle and used a clamp from a MR ESB replica.

Metal tape scratches and dents too easily. I'm going to say this is likely a machined veneer that goes over the clamp, if not a replica clamp. You heard it here first!
