What did you use for a stand?

It's a 1/4" RCA jack mounted in a brass rod. It supplies power to the LED in the engine and doubles as a stand.

Thanks to all for the support on this one guys, its been a long time coming a it was a couple of years ago i had the notion of building them.

Rich has done a superb job on this, im really stunned that is a resin casting on the screen, and his build, well its the usual REL quality isnt it?

Again, cheers guys, such a silly, seldom seen little thing, but built up it packs a little wallop to my eye.

8rad variant.....ill get back to that as soon as i can, there are some issues with how ILM built the larger pod on how it could be cast, but i will work on it soon, maybe when im closer to showing off my own 8rad scratch to see what you all think?
