Here's a pic of my T1000 bust by Howard and painted by Thad. I am very excited to be getting this bust back from Thad. He did a great job on it! :)

Once I have the bust back, I am going to take a group pics of all my Terminator bust (T1 bust, T2 bust, T1000 bust, Endo bust ...) and post a showoff thread :cool

Meanwhile, a big thanks to Thad for the great paint job!!

Re: Terminator collection pics

The level of talent on this board is boundless. I have no Terminator pieces as of yet...but my first will be either the 1:2 or 1:1 endoskull. I would only go with the 1:2 due to price. It looks to be a nice piece, albeit wouldn't have quite the impact of the chrome 1:1.

Great thread by the way!

I remember seeing The Terminator in the theater as a teen....and it became my alltime favorite movie (up to that point). Arnold was pure badass back then.

Wool, great terminator stuff!! Can you tell me more about the one on the bike (above the pinball machine)? Who made that? Is that a custom?

Keep the termiantor love coming!!

That is the Sideshow collectibles 12" T-800 Terminator on a "New Brite" brand RC Harley Fatboy of the same scale, the RC Fatboys were for sale at Walmart some time ago. Worked out great together.

Cessna - I got the T2 pinball as well. A really great game. (y)thumbsup

You got quite a shrine going on in that corner.:cool

Re: Terminator collection pics

Thats excellent - The T-1000 bust is awesome. I bet Sideshow will be looking at doing one of those soon.

Cheers

Re: Terminator collection pics

Wasn't sure if this was meant to be a free-for-all show off thread, but here's some of my T2 toys anyway!

Hey PHArchivist, can you tell me which version the smaller scale endoskull is in you picture? Could you post a pic of it with you 1:1?

Don't recall the brand or company, but it's the 1/3 scale version of the skull that has dominated the market for the past few years (not the new SS one).

Re: Terminator collection pics

Very cool, would you mind posting one more pic of a closeup of the 1/3? Thanks again.

Re: Terminator collection pics

Tell me about the Winchester with the expaned loop...

The Winchester is an actual vintage 1887 model, converted to "T2 specs" by Stembridge Gun Rentals (including customization from live fire to blank fire). One of four made for and used in the film, I acquired it last year (since, two of the others were offered at auction at the Little John's event in June - LINK).

During the filming process, they would disassemble the shotguns after shooting for cleaning, so the current configurations might not match any particular shot, as the components would get swapped around.

However, in the bike scenes, I've been able to screen-match the vintage wood stock on one side to made shots (the grain, pits, and marks/damage):

I've got a lot of paperwork tying the piece back to use in the production, by serial number, including the rental agreements between Stembridge and T2 Productions.

The pistol is one of two used in the film - I believe it is the primary one used, as the rental agreement on the other one has a notation that reads "Damaged Throughout" (they are real firearms converted to blank fire).

I've recently been able to screen-match it to a few scenes on Blu-Ray Disc, but don't yet have the capability to get screencaps on my PC... The pistol is a custom piece - a Colt Series 70 slide on a Detonics frame.

Re: Terminator collection pics

Well ya got me beat! I thought my airsoft version was cool, but pales in comparison!

Re: Terminator collection pics

Great looking collections, guys. :)

I've been looking high and low for a T2 1887 Winchester for my collection, but I'm not having any luck. Does anyone know where to find either the Sideshow Rosebox replica or a Marushin airsoft version? (I know it's been a few years since either version was released)
