A small update.

Scribing panel lines.

I tried to use a pinvice with a 0.5 - 1.0 mm drill and a custom acrylic scale for scribing.
I had been trying several tools, but this one was the best I've ever tried. There was no derail, and the scribe shavings were nice thin spirals in a single run.
Oh, if you knew it already, I'm sorry.

If you knew the better tool for this, let me know.

Thanks for looking.

I thought about putting a cannon behind the tower, but it didn't look good.

Instead, I placed a couple of VLS on the hangar roof.

I like this rather simple and clean look.

Because of taking a good balance of the total detailing work, I suspended any other detailing work in this place, and I will start to work on the underside between the pair of launch decks. Looks like I need some new ideas for this.

Yep, that canon was out of place near the control tower: good call Katsu-san(y)(y):notworthy::notworthy: As for the underside of those landing bays, lots of real-estate to cover with paneling; imitating what you have, already, on top...maybe with some holes, or missing panels that you could dress with small greeblies and details:unsure:

Thanks for the comment, joberg-san. As you say, I need to consider not spoiling the overall consistency or integrity.

A sudden, surprise guest last night.

Eating some cat food for the regular cat visitor.
I have never seen a raccoon before in person.
They say a wild raccoon is a bit dangerous.
Maybe I should call the city office before someone gets hurt.

Everything is looking great on the ship. The different panels you can add to the underside, the tiny details are up to you! Have fun with it.

For some reason the video you posted does not play for me, "no video with supported format and MIME type not found", is the message I get.

Looks great. Keep doing what you're doing!
Thank you, Carl-san!

Thank you always, Lewis-san! And I'm sorry about the video files.
Yes, you shouldn't feed wildlife and since they know the cat food is there, they'll return with their friends.
Better call the city to let them know. In the mean time, make sure that there's no food available to them.;)

Thank you for the kind advice.
By the way, here we have a serious problem with wild animals. Fortunately, the place where I live is not in danger of a bear attack. This prefecture is the only place where bears can't access. However, the bear attack incidents are increasing every year all over this country. Many local farmers can't take care of their fields because of their ageing. So those wild animals are coming from their territory and ravaging the fields.
And here's more unbelievable thing. I don't know how this thing is going on in the other countries, but when a bear appears in an urban place, the police officer asks the hunter's association to kill it. The payment for this work is about 50 dollars. Hunters have to pay for transportation and bullets on their own. A few years ago, a hunter was asked to kill the bear that appeared in the urban area. The hunter was permitted by the policeman to shoot it. The hunter confirmed the safety and shot it to kill. A few days later, the police headquarters suspected that there was a possibility that the houses nearby might have been damaged by the bullet. The hunter was arrested and charged. The courthouse's verdict was guilty and suspended his hunting licence, and seized his rifle.
The hunters' association was so angry about this verdict that and decided to deny all the requests from the police to take care of killing the wild animals.
I don't know how the police would handle this problem.
This is what is happening here.

Same here in Canada; the police is trying to tranquilize the bear if it's in an urban area. Depending on the amount of rain (and the type of winter) sometimes, berries (the black bear's favorite food) is not as good as previous season. Since us, humans, are generating food trashes also, they come into the city/suburbs and get into troubles with the authorities. They shoot bears at the last resort. Many are re-located away from the suburbs.
Thank you, Carl-san!

Sharing nature with wild animals is so important, I think. We have to behave ourselves, too.

Around here there are more deer in the city/suburb areas than out in the rural country areas.

Mainly because the deer are safe from hunters in those areas and thrive and have no predators

That of course leads to lots of traffics accidents with people hitting deer as whole herds are running through crowded highways and streets

Every so often the give permits to hunters to cull the herds
