TCP Global Pressure casting pots

Has anyone used these before for pressure casting? They have a Max pressure of 90 psi!!!

I'd want the 5 gallon pot and for the price, I couldn't make that. How do you get rid of the agitator?

Yeah it looks like Grizzly no longer has the 5 gallon pot, shame their price was good on that too. I removed the agitator and plugged the hole with a bolt and washers.

Very cool. Yeah I read that bit about the wife almost being a widow. That is my concern with these too, but it you have a let off valve fitted to yours.
At least with a vacuum system, if the lid was to crack or a seal break, there is a just a loud noise as the chamber fills with air. The lid not not launch like a missile.
