This is literally one of the craziest things I have ever seen. Fantastic. And the same question from kurtyboy how did you do it? like with a clay mold and then resin or what? I have molds before of my friends faces but not to this detail.

Thanks guys...I think I've detailed most stuff in this build thread. The mannequin was bought in a sitting pose and then carved up to re-position him for riding, and then fibre glassed and bondo to fix him up with the Han face stuck on his head
