Hi guys, currently i am 6'2 tall and 163 lbs, is this a good shape for a spiderman?

That's better for deadpool. Spider man is around 5'10" and 165 pounds.
Deadpool is around 6'2" and 190-210 pounds

And one more thing I'm not too happy about. Right above my elbow seems to be a bit narrow compared to the rest of the arm, and I don't actually know how to "fix" this :p

You mean your tricep long head??

Well honestly there are not a whole lot of exercise you can you with a set of dumbbells and pull-up bar....I suggest you invest some money to buy a flat bench or even better an adjustable bench so you can do dumbbells press and fly for your chest.

And for the v-shape look, do dumbbell shoulder press, delt raise for bigger shoulder and many wide grip pull up for wider lat. Also you should throw in some dumbbell bent over row for upper back, and maybe some dumbbell shrug for nicer trap.

Agreed, I've seen some super buff spideys over the years, and it just reminds me of that comic where flash (football player jock) finds a spidey suit and puts it on and walks around pretending to be Spider-Man.
Spider man is traditionally lithe and lean like a gymnast.

TASM Print you see. I know, I just wanted a shape a bit more similar to Peter in the TASM game, and I need to work on my legs a bit more :p Running, wideass pushups and pullups, plank, curls and protein shakes let's go!

hey guys need some advice, now i am 15 and do not have much fat on me i have some good muscle but have a waist of 32 inches and i am 156 as well as 5'7 i really want to get this costume made for me it is a spider man one but just started p90x the 6th last monday and feel great but should i just wait until around the 60 day mark to get the costume with my measurements then? or do you think i will be fine now? I DONT want to end up getting the suit then not being able to fit it right later on... i hate waiting lol your responses are greatly appreciated. :)

In p90x , around day 70 your improvement and physical change should hit a sort of plateau, where you only get more cut, not bigger. But that's if you're on the lean phases or the original phases

I honestly dont know which one im doing all i know is that i downloaded p90x so its a torrent and im following this list

The whole 13 weeks is broken down into 3 phases - 30 days each.
for weeks 1-3 its in the order of the videos:
1. chest & back
2. plyometrics
3. shoulders & arms
4. yoga
5 legs & back
6. kenpo
7. x-stretch or rest

week 4 is a recovery week, where you give your body a break. that goes like this:
1. yoga
2. core synergistics
3. kenpo
4. x-stretch
5. core synergistics
6. yoga
7. x-stretch or rest

phase 2 - weeks 5-7
1. chest, shoulders & tri
2. plyo
3. back & biceps
4. yoga x
5. legs & back
6. kenpo
7. x-stretch or rest

week 8 is the same as week 4 - the recovery week

weeks 9 & 11 are the same as week #1. then weeks 10 & 12 are the same as week 5.

finally, week 13 is the last recovery week & its the same as the week 4 & week 8 recovery weeks.

Well it's day 12 of the new way of life.. I can see improvements already. On day one I could only do 30 push-ups and 60 sit-ups. Now I'm up to 50 push-ups and 130 sit-ups!! :)

For your age just stay active and avoid junk food, sugars ;) You have a lots of time to grow buddy :)

Wow two years is a long time. I just got into serious training and nutrition for 5 months now. And I recently realized the result not gonna come in just few months like I used to think, except you on the juice haha

I saw that you're working on your spidey suit. Good luck man! Im running into problem with mine but hopefully get it done in time for the movie.
