TASM 2-WIP (100% Pics in Last Page)

Re: Amazing Spider Man 2-WIP (Orhardar Pattern-Print Arrived!!!)

Any tips for attaching them?
Rare earth magnets.
One connected to an elastic band under the suit and the other on the bottom of the web shooters.
Strongest little magnets ever, they'll stay on for sure.
E-6000 should be a good adhesive for it as well.

Re: Amazing Spider Man 2-WIP (Orhardar Pattern-Print Arrived!!!)

Caro Equinox,
Obrigado pela atenção e ajuda.
1. Neste momento, eu já adquiri com Orhadar o arquivo do Homem aranha. Estou traduzindo as orientações de redimensionamento porque não compreendo algumas coisas. Não sei o que significa 5”9-6”1 (seriam altura, largura... o que é?). Não tenho certeza se precisarei redimensionar ou não;
Estou acompanhando novidades aqui no RPF. Graças a Deus cheguei até aqui. Pensava que meu sonho de homem aranha iria ficar na caixa cheia de gibis.

Dear Equinox
Thank you for your attention and help.
1. At the moment, I've got the file with Orhadar Spiderman. I'm translating the guidelines do not understand why resizing some things. I do not know what it means 5 "9-6" 1 (would be height, width ... what is it?). Not sure whether or not I'll need to resize;
2. I've done the first contact with Tjack and got the same lens of the Lunaman. Waiting arrive.
3. I do not know if there are factories for printing on demand in Brazil, will even search. If you do not find I have to send out of Brazil, but this is later.
4. As for sewing, I do not know if I'll find someone like Trohpywife here.
I started getting what is possible. I'm watching news here on the RPF. Thank God I got here. I thought my dream of spider man would stand in box full of comics.

Answers:

1) Yes, 5'9-6'1 would be the height. That is the standard print size. If you are not 5 Foot 9 Inches to 6 Foot 1 Inch, then you will need to re-size the file to your body dimensions.
2) TJack lenses are awesome! So yay!
3) Search around. Other options are to have them printed elsewhere and then ship to you. Shipping will be pretty expensive though.
4) If you have a local seamstress who can serger, you can see if they will take on the job. It will be difficult, but worth it in the end if you don't have to have the print shipped all around.

5) Please use English on the boards here as a common courtesy to others who are using it as a standard on therpf.

6) Welcome to therpf!

I've heard people use super glue or e-6000. I'd lean towards superglue since I wouldn't trust e-6000 adhesive near my face like that.

All in all, MAGNETS work best. Rare earth magnets.

Re: Amazing Spider Man 2-WIP (Orhardar Pattern-Print Arrived!!!)

Use earth magnets. If you look up ' Evan Jung ' on youtube, in one of his more recent uploads he shows how he does his shooters so that he can make a peter parker version, should there be one in the movie

Re: Amazing Spider Man 2-WIP (Orhardar Pattern-Print Arrived!!!)

Thanks for all the support guys! Small update:
My webshooters are almost here. (They are just being painted before being sent over to me)
The suit sewing progress is reaching 90% completion. And finally I got in the second run of TJack's new ASM 2 lens+face shell combo so basically I have all the components for the complete suit! :D
Photo update of the sewn suit will be posted as soon as done. I will verify if I make a bracelet with magnets for the shooters.

Re: Amazing Spider Man 2-WIP (Orhardar Pattern-Print Arrived!!!)

Hello. Do you guys know how I can contact Orhardar? I sent him an email and pm; no response in over a week :\

I wanted the darker red version and I needed it to be resized. I don't have PhotoShop and I am panicked because I really want that pattern :(

Can anybody help? Thnx.

I think he is gunhead designs. You can contact him via email through his website, or use the "custom order" form to get that dark version you want.

Re: Amazing Spider Man 2-WIP (Orhardar Pattern-Print Arrived!!!)

Ok. I tried emailing him, but he has not replied to me in over a week :(

Also, I need him to resize the file for my height and weight because I have no way to resize it on my own.

Well I had them made by "jmw121" you can search in the Junkyard web shooters, and his sale thread should come up. (Can't post JY links here sorry)
I'm waiting for them to arrive but have had communication with him and they look incredible! Will show them here once they arrive :)
Also, got my tracking number from TJack meaning my lenses and shell have been sent!!! This build will soon reach the final stage! Now, I just have to work out more...

Update!

Here are some pics of the sewn suit!
Props to my seamstress because his job was incredible, heck I even learned a bit since he explained everything to me whilst sewing!
Now I just need to work on the back and from and shoes! Also I added a neck zipper so putting my head in would be easier and also the movie suit actually has one as seen in the trailer. Besides that, its the waiting game for my lenses and web shooters! Also its time to up the ante with my work out sessions so I can look "amazing" for May. Hope you guys like what you see, any questions feel free to ask!

Who was your seamstress?
Local? Or is it possible for me to commission him?

Thanks man! Hopefully it looks even better once completely finished!

Haha, I have had Trophywife sew up a suit for me before, no complaints here!

Yeah her work is amazing. But having a local seamstress has its perks. Like actually sitting down next to him and learning a thing or two ;)
Not saying that I became an expert, it was just a fun experience :D
