With Scotland sitting in another three week lockdown, I thought I'd keep myself busy with another project. With 2020 marking Ray Harryhausen's Centenary, I decided to pay tribute to an iconic stop motion character! Made with scrap wood and sculpted with Milliput epoxy putty in my garage workshop, it really saved me dying of boredom whilst stuck at home! The plinth isn't entirely accurate to the original design, due to the thicknesses of scrap wood I had available (I don't own a planer sadly), but was very fun to make (especially routing the edges). Finished with copper spray paint and acrylic washes to give off the aged patina.

Hope you like it!
