Hi guys heres what I have been woring on, making sure the proto all goes together and clamps nice and tight.
I am really happy how it works, I will be making them so you can un do the little grub screw to give them a bit of movement so they will suit different size hands
Dont take any notice of the battered rod. Took a bit of work to get the right shape and angles

Looks good but the rod and screw are backwards... The rod goes in the back and the screw goes in the bottom.

I like the setup the way Russ has them right now.
When you said backwards I think I was confused. Yes it appears that the screw and rod are in each others spot compared to the jimmy version.

Actually, I don't think they will work well like he has them in the pictures... When you make a fist while holding them, the square rod will be visible coming out of the bottom of the blade... (Look at the fist in Russ' picture, you can see the piece of rod in front of his fingers...) I don't care about them being made the way Jimmy did, but I think to better hide the rod they should come out back of the blade, not the bottom, unless that makes holding them more difficult (getting the back piece flat against the back of your hand, for example).
As long as they look cool, I'm not picky.

I see what you mean now. When looking at the Jimmy picture I did not have it oriented right in my head. I agree with not wanting to see the rod when making a fist. But yeah as long as they look cool!
