I'm working on a T-600 myself for Dragon 2010. Here's what I have done for the eyes. I ditched everything but the clear lenses. Onto the outside of them, I simply attached some miniature touch-lights that I found at Walmart. They come in a variety of colors in a five piece, carded pack. They are the diameter
of a quarter and just over 1/4" thick. They fit just right into the space between the eyeball servos
After wrapping the edges in black electrical tape, they attach with peel-and-stick tape. They look awesome...! You can find the lights over with the full size touch-lights and other battery powered, decorative lights. I like the Myers mask idea. I'm probably gonna go with the fully exposed skull, though. I used the Rubies mask to fill in the back of the skull. The clors are very close and after final detailing and weathering, it will blend right in.

Thanks everyone :)

I think the Bill S-600 would simply be unstoppable! :lol

Just some update pics

the whole mask ( sans bill shatner) was primed and then painted using krylon brilliant metallic silver. I then added some black wash and airbrushed a lot of the scorch / wear marks only on the playmates mask - burns on the myers mask was done with flame.

The mask was then clear coated using Krylon satin gloss.

Shatner was then cut up and stretched over the mask face. I really like the look :)
added the tubing as well secured inside the mask. Bill fans don't hate the player....I took a lighter and matches to bills face and produced the smoke streaks and burns and yellowing - I need to singe the hair ( or lack thereof) more.

- trying to figure out the eyes -

Using some ball bearings and pieces from 2 hard drives - the ball bearings attach to the magnets pilfered from the HD - super strong :)

just playing around at this point

Thanks very much :)

I was going let this thread die but figured since it was dug up - I would post some more pics. Still not finished with this mask but getting there......

the LED's are quite bright but I think look decent. It took me forever to bore out the bearings ( don't have a drill to punch through the bearing) for the lights but was very satisfying :)

I have a full endoskeleton version of the T-600, done out of a 6 part kit vacuum formed shell resin cast replica teeth and red dyed magnified LED cast eyes, complete with neck and and hoses.

what size head does yours fit up to, looks like it might be a some what smaller size then mine.

this is the one I did:

At request I'll be modifying one with jaw to chin mount for movement and voice changer as well.
